Peter M. Rinato Esq.

PETER M. RINATO practices in the areas of corporate, finance and tax law, with a particular emphasis on small and emerging businesses. Mr. Rinato is a 1997 graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a 2001 graduate of the Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining Rosenfeld & Rinato, Mr. Rinato practiced law at a tax boutique firm in New York City, served as an associate at two mid-size Las Vegas firms, and served as in-house counsel for a startup company. Mr. Rinato has also spent time serving a variety of political organizations in Las Vegas, including service as Board Member for a local non-profit organization.
