MICHAEL C. "NICK" NIARCHOS is of counsel to the firm and practices primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial law. Before his association with Rosenfeld & Rinato, Mr. Niarchos served for 17 years as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for the Summa Corporation and Howard Hughes Properties. During his tenure at the Hughes companies, Mr. Niarchos was instrumental in the development of major real estate projects, including the Summerlin master-planned community, Hughes Center and Hughes Airport Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as Playa Vista and The Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Niarchos presently serves as counsel for the Las Vegas Monorail Company and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas City Center Development Corporation. Mr. Niarchos graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and Miami University of Ohio. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
