Mark E. Chorazy is an associate in the Litigation Department at Rosenfeld & Rinato where he practices Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases as well as representing clients who have sustained personal injuries. Mr. Chorazy also provides loan modification services for clients with secured debt. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Chorazy was a NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licensed investment advisor at Prime Charter, Ltd. in New York, New York.

Mr. Chorazy earned his Bachelor of Science cum laude from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He holds both a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Chorazy is admitted to practice law in Nevada and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Nevada and Pennsylvania state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
